  • What’s included in your membership?
    Your CircleUp membership gives you unlimited access to all events in your cities — Bath & Bristol or London — plus full access to the CircleUp members app and, most importantly, the community itself. We don’t make money from events. If a venue charges (like bowling or climbing), you just cover your own entry — nothing extra from us.
  • Do I need a membership to join events?
    Yes — CircleUp isn’t about one-off events. Instead, you get access to everything: 7+ events a week, the members’ app, and a community that actually shows up. Because everyone’s a member, people are invested. You’ll start seeing familiar faces, building real connections, and feeling like you truly belong — not just dropping into a crowd of strangers.
  • How can I change my membership plan?
    Just drop James a message at james@letscircleup.co.uk and he’ll get it sorted for you. If you're on an annual membership, you’ll be able to switch plans once your current period ends — we’re not able to issue refunds mid-term, but we’ll make sure your new plan kicks in as soon as it’s up.
  • Need to cancel or pause your membership?
    You can cancel anytime by emailing James at james@letscircleup.co.uk. If you're open to it, we’d really appreciate hearing why you're cancelling — whether it's timing, life stuff, or something we could’ve done better. It helps us make CircleUp better for everyone. Heading away or just need a break? You can pause your membership (for a minimum of 2 months) and jump back in whenever you're ready. Just a heads-up: Deleting your account won’t cancel your subscription — please email us to stop payments. We can’t offer refunds once a payment has been taken
